Our Coordination's Project has been entitled to receive support within the scope of TÜBİTAK 4009-Support Program for Village Schools

The project titled “Healthy Living and Conscious Technology Use Workshops in Village Schools” prepared by our Coordination has been entitled to receive support within the scope of TÜBİTAK 4009-Support Program for Village Schools. The project will be implemented at Kocaaliler Middle School located in Bucak district.

The project, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevinç Sütlü and Lecturer Özge Kutlu, aims to help middle school students acquire healthy living habits, develop awareness about conscious technology use, and strengthen their attention skills.

In the workshop activities to be conducted with a scientific discovery-based learning approach, students will participate in movement and pulse experiments, brain model examination activities, attention and reflex applications, and healthy decision-making games. Through practical and interactive activities, students will have the opportunity to learn while having fun and will gain important knowledge and skills that they can use in their daily lives. The project, which aims to raise awareness against technology addiction, support healthy living behaviors, and contribute to strengthening children's critical thinking skills, will support the academic and social development of students in village schools by bringing scientific learning together with them. Our Coordination continues to develop projects aimed at combating addictions in different segments of society, promoting healthy living, and spreading preventive protective work.
